Shipping policy
At Mnemonic, we work hard to produce and ship your Smart TapTheLink products with speed, accuracy, and care. Below is our full shipping policy for both standard and custom orders.
Standard Orders
• Processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Orders begin production once all artwork, payment, and Smart TapTheLink URLs have been submitted correctly.
High-Volume Periods
During periods of increased sales (holidays, major drops, viral spikes, etc.), processing times may be extended.
If this occurs, we will post updates on the website or notify affected customers directly.
Large Custom Orders
Orders containing high quantities (such as 250+ units, bulk band merch, or full production runs) may require additional production time.
Typical production times for large orders:
• 250–500 units: 5-7 business days
• 500-1000 units: 7-10 business days
Orders larger than 1000 units, Mnemonic will email you directly when we begin production with an estimated timeline.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer multiple shipping methods at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are separate from processing time.
Once an order leaves our facility, Mnemonic is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Weather-related or carrier-related delivery issues
If a package is lost, you may file a claim directly with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer must pay additional shipping to resend it.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of packaging
We will assess and replace items as needed.
Custom Orders Are Final
Because Smart TapTheLink products are custom programmed and made to order:
• All custom orders are final sale
• No cancellations, returns, or refunds once production begins
